Role overview: First Line Manager Wednesbury Birmingham Customer Service Centre - Unit 9, Ocean Drive, Wednesbury, WS10 7WL Fixed Term Contract / Secondment for 6 months Full Time Hours - 39 per week working 5 days over 7 days, earlies (5.30am - 2.30pm), lates (2pm - 11pm) and nights (10pm - 8 am) shifts including weekends Salary - £33,583 per annum plus extra pay for night shifts
