Job Title : Fire Compliance Manager Worcester ( Interim | Temp to Perm) Reference: 472 Summary of the Fire Compliance Manager role: Our client is seeking an experienced Fire Compliance Manager to lead fire safety and statutory compliance across a diverse multi-site estate. Acting as the Responsible Person, you will oversee fire risk assessments, drive compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and manage contractors to ensure high standards across all properties. This interim role offers an immediate start with a Temp to Perm pathway for the right candidate. Fire Compliance Manager Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to): Lead all fire compliance and fire safety management activities across a varied property portfolio. Manage a programme of fire risk assessments (FRAs) and ensure prioritised completion of remedial actions. Monitor contractor performance and ensure delivery against KPIs and compliance standards.
