Job Title: Site/Finishing Manager

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Salary: £400 per day

Duration of Contract: 3-4 Months

The Role

Site Manager/Finishing Manager reporting into Project Lead, Construction Director and Project Manager. Supporting on project completion of five residential units, which are high end town houses.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to;

• Coordination of all trades on site.
• Managing call-off of materials/deliveries. The site is a logistical challenge and a key part to the projects’ success.
• Tracking against programme with weekly progress records required.
• Reviewing quality and managing sign-off of benchmark / completed areas. Liaising with architect
• Assisting with reporting and therefore IT competence required.
• Constant presence on site managing labour 5 days a week.
• Management of 7nr. Labourers.

Key Requirements

• High end residential experience required (not essential).
• Appropriate health and safety qualifications.
• Candidates must be available to start by the 24th March 2025.
