I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading tier 1 developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager, on a major RC frame residential development in South London. This is a minimum 8 week holiday cover role, which can lead to Christmas. You will be responsible for assisting with handovers, taking a block of RC frame apartments from 2nd fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety on site and reporting into the Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have new build RC frame residential experience and be able to deliver units.
