Define design principles for General Ledger, ALM, and TTMS review. Conduct cost-benefit analysis for outsourcing finance data management vs. in-house. Design and manage RFP processes for system selection. Oversee implementation and configuration of selected systems. Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy. Ensure system feeds are designed, built, and tested with the transformation team. Input into organisational design for the new finance team. Create training and rollout strategy for finance and wider users.
