Financial Controller – Luxury Hospitality Group

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hotel group to recruit an experienced Financial Controller for their Central London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of the financial operations within a globally recognised hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple hotel entities.

* Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements.

* Manage month-end and year-end processes, including audits.

* Provide commercial insights to senior leadership to drive profitability.

* Lead and develop a small finance team.

* Handle cash flow management, treasury, and cost control initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience as a Financial Controller.

* Strong background in hospitality finance or luxury brands preferred.

* Excellent technical knowledge and commercial acumen.

* Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills.
