Key Responsibilities:

In this senior role, you'll take ownership of the hotel's financial performance, including:

Managing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting

Overseeing payroll and ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Maintaining strong controls across accounts payable and accounting processes

Preparing detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders

Ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely delivery of all financial data

What we're looking for:

To succeed as a Financial Controller, you'll bring:

Proven experience in a senior finance role within the hotel industry

Strong knowledge of financial management principles and compliance

Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero or similar

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex financial data

Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA (highly desirable)
