Equifind are working with a management consultancy group in London to recruit a Financial Controller. The firm has a strong track record of advising both private and public sector clients on strategy, transformation, and operational improvement.
With multiple UK entities and international operations, they’re looking to bring in a Financial Controller to lead and professionalise the finance function as the business continues to scale.
This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Finance Director, and taking full ownership of group reporting, financial controls, and team management. You’ll play a central role in shaping the finance function and ensuring the business is well set up for further growth: both organic and through acquisition.
Key Responsibilities Lead the production of monthly group management accounts, consolidations, and board reporting Own the year-end process, including audit, statutory accounts and tax compliance (UK and overseas entities) Manage and mentor a small but growing finance team Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management across the group Strengthen internal controls and develop scalable processes and systems Business partner with senior stakeholders on commercial decision-making, pricing, and project profitability Suppor...
