Blackwaters are looking for a hands‑on Financial Controller to join a fast‑growing SaaS business, based in Central London. At £10m ARR, they are entering an exciting new stage of growth and looking for a hands‑on Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function. You’ll manage and develop a team of two, while building and improving the financial processes and controls needed to support growth. This is a broad and varied role offering exposure across the full finance spectrum, from core reporting through to strategic FP&A and commercial insight. Key Responsibilities

Oversee month‑end and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Build and improve financial processes, systems, and controls Own cashflow forecasting and short‑to‑medium‑term liquidity management Deliver commercial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision‑making Partner with leadership and department heads to drive financial performance Support FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling

Experience Needed

Qualified accountant Strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial acumen Confident building and improving processes in a scaling environment Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
