The Role Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day financial operations, oversee a dedicated finance team, and play a key role in developing and improving systems, controls, and reporting. Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes Produce insightful management reports including KPIs, variance analysis, and project profitability Manage ERP financial elements (Microsoft Business Central) Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash management Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with VAT, payroll, and pension requirements Drive process improvements and support business growth initiatives

About You

CIMA‑qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in manufacturing Strong technical accounting and reporting skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Business Central Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical ability Confident communicator and collaborative team player Highly organised and proactive in a fast‑paced environment awards
