Your new company is a highly innovative manufacturing SME who pride themselves on committing to quality, cutting edge technology and exceptional customer service. They're looking for an experienced Financial Controller from the manufacturing sector.

Your new role
In your new role you will provide strategic financial guidance to ensure that all business objectives are met. You will mentor and lead your direct reports, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standards. Your contributions will be vital to achieving the overall business goals, particularly in shaping their financial strategy. You will develop and monitor the budget, ensuring the business meets its financial targets and accurately predict future trends. You will implement an internal audit program to ensure compliance with all financial and statutory regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role you'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with 5+ years post qualification experience and previous experience working within the manufacturing/FMCG industry. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective leadership and team motivation. You will possess excellent leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and driving teams to achieve their best. You will have an analytical mindset along with strong negotiation skills and a keen sense of commercial and business awareness.
