Finance Manager
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

A growing, internationally operating business is seeking a Finance Manager to support the continued development of its finance function.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a hands-on, business-facing role focused on delivering high-quality financial reporting, strengthening controls and supporting planning and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. There is scope for progression as the business and finance team evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
Manage cash flow and provide clear financial visibility.
Improve financial processes and internal controls.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
Assist with year-end accounts and liaise with external advisors.
Oversee payroll processes.
Provide financial insight to senior stakeholders.
About You

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
post-qualification experience in a growing or dynamic environment.
Strong financial reporting and attention to detail.
Able to translate financial data into clear insight.
Process-driven and comfortable improving systems and controls.
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
