What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part‑qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills. They will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, excellent attention to detail and confidence working with advanced Excel. Experience within the education or construction sectors is advantageous, along with a proactive and collaborative approach suited to a standalone finance role.
