Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain up-to-date accounts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
Support the payroll process by providing accurate employee data and resolving discrepancies.
Process expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial documentation.
Assist in budget tracking and forecasting activities within the Accounting & Finance department.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve queries.Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:
