The Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator with a strong background in construction finance to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing financial processes and ensuring accuracy across all documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.

* Maintain accurate records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.

* Prepare and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

* Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

* Prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years’ experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping administration role within the construction industry.

* Strong numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with numbers and spreadsheets.

* Experience handling invoices, purchase orders, and financial documentation.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
