We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor that supports the F&B Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the F&B department ensuring exceptional service, quality and profitability. Staff Management: Supervise and train the F&B team. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving customer complaints and issues promptly. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality ensuring consistency and excellence. Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with regulations. Rota Management: Create and manage staff schedules ensuring adequate coverage. Sales and Revenue: Promote sales, increase revenue and implement strategies to drive business growth. Reporting: Provide regular reports and handovers on sales, inventory and staff performance. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in F&B Management or Supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Leadership and team management skills.
