We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations. The role covers a members-only Café, seven fully serviced meeting rooms, and two premium event spaces. This role is predominantly a Monday - Friday role. Ensure smooth service delivery across the site

Managing a team of two F&B Assistants working in the Cafe

Plan and executeset-ups/room layout turnarounds for Meeting Rooms and Events

Managing bookings and the overall service for Meeting Rooms, including catering orders

Maintain high standards of presentation and hygiene and lead by example

Support the team in providing an exceptional guest experience

Coordinate staff with day-to-day operations

Manage stock levels and service schedules

Oversee events and liaise with contractors and operations teams to meet client needs

Experience in either a café or event service environments is essential. What can Uncommon give you? Salary of £ 32,000 per annum
