Family Solicitor (3+ PQE) – London – Hybrid Working

We are working with a well-established and highly respected London law firm seeking a Family Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join their growing Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, handling a varied and interesting caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedies, children disputes, and cohabitation issues.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic advice to clients at all stages of their matter.
  • Conduct advocacy where required and represent clients confidently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the department.
  • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.

The Candidate:

  • Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE specialising in Family Law.
  • Comfortable running your own caseload independently.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and drafting skills.
  • Professional, organised, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality legal advice and supporting the team’s success.
