Private Client Family Associate Solicitor (3+ PQE) or Senior Associate Solicitor ( 5+ PQE)

The opportunity

Lex Exec is instructed on a Family Associate or Senior Associate role within a well established and top ranked Legal 500 dedicated Family law firm in London.

Based across 2 offices in the City and South London, this role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary and benefits, and the chance to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the practice.

You will work closely with Partners and other senior lawyers while independently managing your own caseload, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the firms wider commercial objectives.

The work

This is a senior role with genuine responsibility and influence. Your remit will include:

• Managing and progressing your own Family law matters day to day
• Working closely with Partners or Legal Directors to deliver an exceptional client service
• Demonstrating strong cost awareness and managing client expectations
• Mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals and acting as a role model within the team
• Building and maintaining referral relationships through targeted business development
• Contributing to internal projects that support the firms strategic and commercial goals
• Developing your profile within the Family law market and identifying areas of specialism

About you

• 3+ years PQE as a specialist Family solicitor
