A well-established heavy engineering and manufacturing business, serving the quarrying and aggregate industries, is seeking skilled Fabricator / Welders to join their Fabrication Shop. This business is known for producing high-quality material handling equipment and components.
With a full order book and consistent demand, they are offering opportunities on a PM shift . You will be a key player in a hands-on environment where quality, safety and efficiency are paramount.
The Role: Fabricating and welding heavy gauge steel components in line with engineering drawings. Working closely with other fabricators, welders and production staff to meet deadlines. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring all work complies with internal quality standards. Completing production records and job paperwork accurately and on time. Following strict health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE. Reporting defects, issues or near misses promptly. Participating in toolbox talks and continuous improvement initiatives.
