A well-established heavy engineering and manufacturing business, serving the quarrying and aggregate industries, is seeking skilled Fabricator / Welders to join their Fabrication Shop. This business is known for producing high-quality material handling equipment and components.

With a full order book and consistent demand, they are offering opportunities on a PM shift. You will be a key player in a hands-on environment where quality, safety and efficiency are paramount.

The Role: · Fabricating and welding heavy gauge steel components in line with engineering drawings. · Working closely with other fabricators, welders and production staff to meet deadlines. · Maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring all work complies with internal quality standards. · Completing production records and job paperwork accurately and on time. · Following strict health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE. · Reporting defects, issues or near misses promptly. · Participating in toolbox talks and continuous improvement initiatives.
