Due to organic growth, we are currently recruiting for a Fabrication Supervisor to join this well-established manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities of the Fabrication Supervisor

Lead, motivate, and support the team on the shop floor.
Promote strong Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance.
Manage schedules to keep production running smoothly.
Track KPIs, complete daily checks, and drive improvements.
Communicate key updates, manage absences, and support performance.
Maintain high housekeeping standards and apply Lean/5S practices.I would be interested in speaking to candidates with the following

Qualifications in Welding and Fabricating.
Previous experience working within similar roles, such as welding supervisor, welding team leaders and senior fabricator welders.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
Understanding of lean manufacturing and 5S standards.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office for planning, reporting and operations.Working hours

Monday- Thursday (06:00-15:00)
Friday (06:00-11:00)In Return, the Fabrication Supervisor will receive:

Basic Salary: £39,000
Early finish on a Friday.
Overtime paid at premium.
25 days holiday + bank holiday.
Production bonus paid quarterly.
