Due to organic growth, we are currently recruiting for a Fabrication Supervisor to join this well-established manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities of the Fabrication Supervisor Lead, motivate, and support the team on the shop floor. Promote strong Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance. Manage schedules to keep production running smoothly. Track KPIs, complete daily checks, and drive improvements. Communicate key updates, manage absences, and support performance. Maintain high housekeeping standards and apply Lean/5S practices. I would be interested in speaking to candidates with the following Qualifications in Welding and Fabricating.
