Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support for a child in Early Years with behavioural and/or emotional needs

Assist in delivering engaging play-based learning activities under the direction of the class teacher

Implement behaviour intervention plans and monitor progress

Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to create a consistent support structure

Encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation

? Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting

Confidence in supporting children with behavioural needs or SEND

A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude
