We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive early years setting in Mansfield. Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support for a child in Early Years with behavioural and/or emotional needs

Assist in delivering engaging play-based learning activities under the direction of the class teacher

Implement behaviour intervention plans and monitor progress

Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to create a consistent support structure

Encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation ✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting

Confidence in supporting children with behavioural needs or SEND

A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (desirable)
