The Role
As Executive Operations Leader , you will lead the operational support structure around the CEO. You will oversee routines, schedules, logistics, and priorities to ensure consistency and reliability across daily operations.
You will also manage junior support staff responsible for coordination and task execution, setting clear standards for organisation, efficiency, and follow-through.
