Executive Assistant to ExCo member – Global Insurance firm. £55,000-£63,000 + Bonus.


2 days WFH. City- Walking distance Liverpool St. Hybrid working. Healthy work life balance, excellent benefits package


A leading multinational insurance business are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support an ExCo member and part of their Senior Leadership Team.


A fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant looking to build a strong trust-based partnership with their Executive. You’ll work proactively to anticipate needs, act as a sounding board, and keep things moving behind the scenes.


Responsibilities:

  • Heavy diary and meeting coordination across a busy global schedule
  • Support for Board and Committee meetings: preparing decks, taking minutes (no shorthand needed), managing agendas
  • Expense management via Concur
  • Acting as a true gatekeeper and trusted contact, internally and externally
  • Attending meetings for minutes and follow-ups


ey requirements:

  • Minimum 5yrs ExCo/board level EA experience in insurance / financial services
  • Unflappable, calm under pressure, precise and proactive
  • Organised, professional, and someone who never needs a reminder
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with advanced MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Confident, experienced, and able to represent your senior leader with polish and finesse
