What You’ll Typically Be Doing Providing comprehensive 1:1 support to Directors, CEOs, and senior leaders Complex diary and inbox management Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics Acting as a key point of contact internally & externally Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion Supporting project administration and business operations Problem-solving, anticipating needs, and enabling leaders to work efficiently We Want to Hear From EAs With: Proven Executive Assistant, PA, or senior administrative experience Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Strong organisational ability and a proactive, forward-thinking approach High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365 / Teams / Excel / PowerPoint) Ability to work in demanding, changing environments Discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgement What’s on Offer Opportunities across multiple industries in East Lancashire Competitive salaries and supportive working environments Hybrid and on-site roles depending on employer Short-term contracts, long-term temp roles, and permanent positions A chance to work closely with inspiring business leaders # 4774373
