About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a high-growth organisation operating within the digital infrastructure and technology space.
This is a pivotal role supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, scaling environment, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of both executive operations and the day-to-day office function.
The position offers exposure to a dynamic leadership team and the opportunity to contribute to a business delivering critical infrastructure projects.
The Role You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, while also overseeing office management responsibilities. This is a varied and hands-on position requiring strong organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing calendars, scheduling, travel, and executive correspondence
* Acting as a gatekeeper for senior leadership communications
* Preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents
* Supporting board and governance processes, including meeting coordination and board pack preparation
* Tracking progress on strategic projects and following up with internal teams
* Coordinating internal communications and operational priorities
* Overseeing day-to-day office management, including suppliers, facilities, and administration
* Organising meetings, agendas, and minutes
* Providing wider administrative support across the business when required
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Office Manager
* Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern business systems
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable Experience
* Experience within data centres, infrastructure, technology, or regulated environments
* Exposure to board-level or governance support
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience
