Estimator / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a specialist contractor is seeking a motivated Estimator / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on a range of exciting projects across the security and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities and cost plans Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams Support commercial management throughout project lifecycle Assist in value engineering and cost control exercisesRequirements:
Experience in estimating or quantity surveying Strong numerical and analytical skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software Degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (desirable but not essential for assistant level)What Our Client Offers:
