The Role
You will be involved in the commercial and estimating aspects of roofing and cladding projects, working closely with an experienced team. Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
Supporting project cost control and financial reporting
Developing a strong understanding of roofing and cladding systemsWhat We're Looking For
An Assistant Quantity Surveying or someone with estimating experience in construction.
Roofing or cladding experience is preferable but not essential.
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good communication and organisational abilities
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)What's on Offer
