SSA are currently working with a leading provider of mechanical and electrical building services, delivering innovative solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Due to the Dartford team’s expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator.
As Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the tendering process, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the business in securing profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the estimating function within AMD Environmental

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical and electrical building services projects

* Review tender documentation and identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options

* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager in M&E building services

* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

* Commercial awareness and ability to identify value opportunities
