Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator - Dartford\n\nSSA are currently working with a leading provider of mechanical and electrical building services, delivering innovative solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Due to the Dartford team’s expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator.\nAs Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the tendering process, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the business in securing profitable projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead and manage the estimating function within AMD Environmental\n\n * Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical and electrical building services projects\n\n * Review tender documentation and identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options\n\n * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\n * Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager in M&E building services\n\n * Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems\n\n * Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail\n\n * Commercial awareness and ability to identify value opportunities\n\nWhat Client Offers\n\n * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)\n\n * Company benefits package including pension and healthcare options\n\n * Professional development opportunities and career progression
