About The Role

  • Lead a team responsible for developing and delivering a range of estate and environmental improvement projects.
  • Plan and deliver estate and environmental improvement projects.
  • Monitor contracts, budgets, and compliance.
  • Drive service improvements and report on performance.

About You

  • Experience of working in collaboration with residents to develop and deliver environmental improvement.
  • Experience of managing complex projects using a range of project management techniques.
  • Experience of leading housing or environmental projects.
  • Strong contract management and budget monitoring skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Knowledge of housing services, compliance, and community engagement.
  • Full driving licence.
  • A trade NVQ 3 or equivalent experience.
