General Manager - Prestigious Residential Development

Location: London, SW3 Salary: £50,000-£60,000pa depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a residential development. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual with strong leadership skills to manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and provide exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth site operations. Lead and manage an onsite team, fostering a high standard of service and professionalism. Oversee maintenance, health & safety compliance, and contractor performance. Process supplier invoices, and track financial activities. Maintain a strong sense of pride in the development, ensuring it remains well-presented and efficiently run. Monitor resident needs, handle inquiries, and address any complaints or concerns effectively. Ensure adherence to leasehold obligations and support the managing agent in maintaining compliance. Respond to urgent matters and emergencies, liaising with relevant services when required.

- Previous experience in a General Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role within residential settings. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of property management, health & safety, and compliance regulations. - Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach.
