Credit Manager - Real Estate Finance

About the Role:

Join a well-funded UK Challenger Bank specialising in Real Estate Finance as a Credit Manager.

You’ll be at the forefront of supporting the bank’s growth while ensuring safe, measured lending practices in both Development and Investment sectors. This is your chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment and influence the future direction of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide new lending requests, provide restructuring advice, and secure Credit Committee approval.
• Support business growth while maintaining a high level of credit risk awareness.
• Collaborate with Senior Management on risk structures, governance, and new ventures.
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and assist in embedding a Risk Pricing Model.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support the delivery of accurate management information.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Risk Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of Real Estate finance products and the UK market.
• Excellent risk awareness, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to make sound decisions, interact with all business levels, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
