Job Summary
- Reporting to the Commercial Director, this Enterprise Account Executive will join a growing sales team at a pivotal stage of scale. The business has already established early commercial traction and is now investing further in repeatable go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.
- This hire will play a critical role in winning new enterprise customers and shaping the next phase of commercial maturity.
- The role is focused on generating and closing large, complex enterprise opportunities with a high degree of ownership and urgency.
- The successful candidate will be expected to prospect strategically across target accounts, manage nuanced stakeholder groups, and run disciplined sales cycles from discovery through to close.
- This is not a role for someone who simply works leads as they come in; it requires a thoughtful, account-led seller who can create opportunities as well as convert them.
Experienced Required
- At least 6 years of quota-carrying experience in complex enterprise sales environments such as software, services, marketplace, or knowledge-led sales.
- A strong track record of closing high-value deals across long and often complex sales cycles.
- Experience with enterprise prospecting and account-based sales approaches, including multi-channel engagement across targeted accounts.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment where processes are still evolving and individuals are expected to help build as well as execute.
- A consultative and strategic sales style, with strong discovery, qualification, and deal management skills.
- Genuine interest in climate, sustainability, and carbon removal, with the curiosity to develop deep subject-matter credibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working cross-functionally and externally with senior stakeholders.
