We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to guide our night shift team through a period of growth and ongoing investment. The Role:

Lead and support a team of skilled night shift engineers

Oversee PPM and breakdown response across a wide range of kit

Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, and daily support

Carry out root cause analysis and support CI across the site

Ensure Health & Safety, food safety, and site standards are upheld

Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth handovers and communication

What We're Looking For:

Multi-skilled engineering background (electrical/mechanical) - ideally in food or FMCG

Previous leadership or senior engineer experience

Problem solver, clear communicator, and team builder

Calm under pressure and passionate about continuous improvement
