Lead and support a team of skilled night shift engineers Oversee PPM and breakdown response across a wide range of kit Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, and daily support Carry out root cause analysis and support CI across the site Ensure Health & Safety, food safety, and site standards are upheld Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth handovers and communication What We're Looking For:
