• 2+ PQE in employment law (private practice preferred)
• Strong experience across respondent and claimant matters
• A genuine passion for business development and relationship‑building
• Confidence handling complex employment issues independently
• Excellent client care and commercial awareness
• Immigration experience is a bonus, not a requirement
