About the role

A newly qualified or junior solicitor is sought to join the highly regarded Employment Law team. This is a growth role, created due to an internal promotion. The position offers a mix of independent casework and supporting more senior team members.

Your work will include:

• Managing a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Advising and representing both respondent and claimant clients
• Supporting on complex matters and tribunal work
• Engaging in marketing and business development activities alongside the team
• Contributing to a client-first culture with strong communication and file management skills

You will need:

• Confidence, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• A commercial mindset and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• An appetite for learning and development, both technical and client-facing
