A leading Top 100 law firm is looking for an Employment Partner to join their market leading team, dealing with mainly respondent work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE with a solid background. The department houses Legal 500 & Chambers ranked solicitors and they work with a varied and exciting clientele. They work across various sectors including but not limited to, tech, real estate, consumer, retail, media, energy, private equity and more. Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including: TUPE Discrimination Disciplinary and grievance procedures Employment contractsRepresent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings Build and maintain relationships with clients Help develop and grow the employment team Manage and supervise junior lawyers
Qualifications
Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales At least 8 years' PQE in a top law firm Market leading salary Competitive benefits package Opportunity to work with a talented and experienced team
