AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnered with a UK & International law firm in the heart of London, who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor as they seek to grow the practice. Key Responsibilities
Acting as first point of contact for the team on employment law matters Advising on future changes in employment law and day to day HR support Policies and procedures, dismissals an settlement agreements Corporate support, TUPE and share schemes restructures and reorganisations Leading on and progressing business development opportunities both for new and existing clients
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
5 years+ PQE and be confident in working autonomously on a range of employment matters. Passionate about employment law Strong knowledge of UK employment law Ability to manage a diverse caseload Genuine interest in working with international clients. Prior experience of this is not a pre-requisite. Broad employment law experience, with an inclination to focus on matters of a non-contentious nature. Positive and proactive attitude
