Employment - Associate General Counsel

A global financial services firm is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join its legal team as Associate General Counsel (Senior Vice President level). Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior management and HR functions on a wide range of employment legal issues across multiple jurisdictions, including: Advising on day-to-day employment matters, including regulatory remuneration and benefits, dispute resolution, performance management, and preventative HR strategies. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and procedures. Managing employment litigation and pre-action matters. Supporting on complex hires, exits, and investigations.
