This is a pivotal role that supports the delivery of high-quality legal services across a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious. You will be advising internal departments and external clients, representing the organisation in Employment Tribunals, drafting employment policies and contracts, and delivering training on employment-related legal topics. You will also play a key part in ensuring our legal services remain compliant, effective, and aligned with organisational goals. What You’ll Be Doing Provide clear and strategic legal advice on employment law, data protection, health and safety, and pensions.
