In-House Employment Lawyer | Elite International Law Firm | London A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its in-house legal team in London. This is a rare opportunity to work within the firm’s General Counsel team, advising on internal employment law matters across its global offices.

Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of employment issues affecting the firm’s internal operations. Advise on disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, redundancies, and employee relations. Support on employment litigation and regulatory matters involving staff and partners. Draft and review employment-related policies, contracts, and procedures in line with best practice and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with HR, senior management, and global legal colleagues to ensure consistent and compliant employment practices. Candidate Profile: England & Wales qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law. Strong advisory experience, ideally gained at a top law firm or in-house legal team.
