Your new role This is a senior opportunity to lead on complex and high-impact employment matters, particularly those involving trade unions and employment tribunals. You’ll report directly to the Senior Employment Partner and play a key role in shaping strategy, mentoring junior colleagues, and driving successful outcomes for claimants.

What you'll need to succeed 6–8 years PQE in employment law (ideally qualified in England and Wales). Strong track record of claimant-side work, ideally with trade union experience Excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and contribute to a close-knit, mission-driven team A genuine passion for employment rights and access to justice
