About the Role

This is a pivotal position working alongside our Head of Employment Law, where you will be involved in:

Managing a diverse caseload of respondent and claimant matters, including complex and high-value cases. Leading business development initiatives to grow the team’s client base and visibility. Mentoring and managing junior lawyers, contributing to a collaborative team culture. Playing a visible leadership role within the firm, with clear progression opportunities—including partnership.
