About the Role

This is a pivotal position working alongside our Head of Employment Law, where you will be involved in:

• Managing a diverse caseload of respondent and claimant matters, including complex and high-value cases.
• Leading business development initiatives to grow the team’s client base and visibility.
• Mentoring and managing junior lawyers, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Playing a visible leadership role within the firm, with clear progression opportunities—including partnership.

We’re seeking a lawyer who is:

• Experienced in employment law, ideally with a strong client following or the ability to develop one.
• Commercially minded, with a passion for marketing and networking.
• A natural leader, ready to coach and inspire others.
