It’s a large, well-established charity where careers really grow.\n \n They’ve just launched a brand-new, long-term funded contract and are now seeking 4 Employment Advisors to join their expanding team in either Hillingdon.\n \n You’ll be trained to become an IPS Employment Specialist, working in the community to support people with health conditions or disabilities back into employment. Rather than being office-based, you’ll hot-desk across various partner sites, such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts, with all travel paid (except your normal commute from home to your first and last location of the day).\n \n You’ll typically manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored employment support and working closely with employers to create the right opportunities.\n \n Typical locations include:  Uxbridge Job Centre, Hillingdon Civic Centre, and Hillingdon Hospital\n\n Full training is provided through a mix of online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and hands-on guidance from your Team Leader in the community.\n \n We’re looking for people who have worked as an Employment Advisor (minimum 12 months experience) and are confident managing their diary, meeting targets, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Experience on programmes such as Work & Health, Restart, or IPS would be ideal.\n \n Please apply via this advert.
